We only refund when:

Book purchased is out of stock after your purchase, and you are not willing to wait.
The book received is not the one picked on our website.

Please not that we will not exchange or refund on the following cases:

Wrong purchase. Customer must ensure what you purchase is what you are looking for before check out.
The product must been in original conditions.
Products which are not purchased from our website.
Unable to present our official receipt.
