• You can also choose to pay by bank in to our Hang Seng Bank account, or visit any of our shops for payment. If you have chosen to bank in, please remember to upload the bank receipt for payment confirmation within 24 hours, else you will not be counted to the deal.

Keyword to Search

Keyword Search boxes can be found at the top of most pages of elephants.com.hk. Enter one or more keywords using any combination of the title or author's name. If you use more than one keyword, our search engine will restrict the results to products that match all the keywords you enter.

Advanced Search

If you want to specify which of your search terms should match the author's name and which should match the title, you should conduct an Advanced Book Search. You can access this anywhere in our bookstore by clicking the Search link on the left side of the top navigation bar.

You can also search by subject, ISBN, or publisher. Specifying these facts can be very helpful if you are trying to distinguish one book from many similar items, but we recommend doing so only when absolutely necessary. If you choose to search by ISBN, search only by that and make sure you type the number correctly, without any dashes. If you choose to search by subject or publisher, we suggest you specify only the main word from the subject or publisher's name. For example, conduct a search for "McGraw Hill" to find all titles by McGraw Hill and Associates.

You can refine your search even further by format (hardcover, paperback, loose-leaf, calendar), language (Chinese / English), or publication date (before, during, or after any year).

Finally, you can choose to sort your search results in the way that makes the most sense to you: Featured Items, Bestselling, Price, Publication date, or alphabetically.

Since there are many books coming up in every minute, if you still can not find the book that you are looking for, you can contact our customer service, we can find it for you, and information will be sent to you by email.

Credit Card Payment (VISA/Master)

We accept MasterCard & Visa Card. On the Payment page, select the card type you want to use and then enter your card number, expiration date, and, if your card has one, the card security code.
Your credit card information is transmitted by SSL directly to Hang Seng Bank. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.

UnionPay

We accept UnionPay. On the Payment page, select the UnionPay icon to make your payment, follow the instruction to input your card number and details.

All transactions has been handled by card payment gateway, we do not have any credit card information, bank account information or financial information that are responded by bank.

Online Credit

We offer 30 days credit for corporate and educational unit on orders by quotation.

Door-to-Door Delivery Restrictions
Followings are locations where delivery cannot be made

• Public area such as mass transit railway stations, etc.
• Locations which truck can not be entered or without a functioning lift for floor level 4 and above.
• Courier Delivery: We will deliver your products by express delivery from publishers' warehouse to you, which will shorten the delivery time, the cost is shown besides the selling price if courier delivery is available for the product.
• We provide delivery to Hong Kong and Macau only at the moment.
• You may choose to pick up at any of our shops; there is no extra charges.
• Delivery time is stated below the book information, please note that delivery time depends on publishers’ stock level at the time we place order, it may subject to change every minute, if the delivery time differs from the period stated, we will let you know within 1 working day, normally, the database is up to date.
• Our business hour: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pmb. (Except public holiday)
• Our delivery time: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm. (Except public holiday)
• When you have chosen to pick up at our shops, our staff will contact you when the book is available for pick up.
